Our chalets and apartments are fully equipped and your reservation includes a complimentary taxi on arrival from the Zermatt train station or Zermatt taxi area to your holiday home, bedlinen and towels, kitchen linen and dishwasher tablets, coffee capsules and Swiss chocolates on arrival, the final cleaning of your accommodation and the tourist taxes.

For the little ones we can provide a baby cot including bed linen and high chair upon request. In our family friendly accommodations you can find toys, games and books for all ages.

We also do not forget about your furry family members, we give them a very warm welcome upon arrival in our pet friendly accommodations.

We want to ensure that our guests make the most of their holiday in Zermatt. Your accommodation will be prepared with personalized brochures and booklets, our Zermatt Holidays Information Book with many useful tips and the Zermatt Magazine. Our chalets and apartments have a high speed internet connection, which allows you to immediately share your latest holiday pictures on social media or to work from home in your ‘’Zermatt home office’’ when needed.

All our chalets and apartments are part of the Zermatt Apartment Association. Upon arrival you will receive a personal Quality Card voucher, so you can benefit from many discounts and specials during your stay in Zermatt.
